Better Late than Never

I know that Halloween was a month ago, but I had to share our family picture because Layne NEVER, EVER dresses up. We have a good friend Kurt Steadman that layne decided that he had to go to the ward party as. He is a contractor/lawyer. Everything that Layne has on is exactly how kurt dresses in the summer/fall. It was great!! The kids had a great time at school and at the ward party. Better late than never :)

Bring on the Tooth Fairy

Wes and Cooper both lost teeth the same evening. Wes has always pulled out his own teeth. He is one tough kid. Coop's tooth was really bothering him, so he had me pull it. It was my first time ever pulling a tooth. He did great just standing there. He was so excited to be able to put it under his pillow. Being a kid is great :)

Cross Country

Randy did a great job with cross country this year. Here are a couple of pictures.

The band plays at the home meets, so Randy played in the band, ran his race, then played again. Nothing like mutitasking as a freshman

He also lettered and received the JV athlete of the year award. The coach would really like him to run again next year, but he said that he would have to see. It really got in the way of archery and FFA.
